Many people are in an intermittent state of sadness, dissatisfaction and demotivation, looking for a way to “fill gaps” or in constant run away from these feelings that they consider distressing; trying to always distract the mind with constant activity, or through addictions of any nature (food, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, strong sensations, …) leading the body to exhaustion and a returning to sadness, demotivation and dissatisfaction, it is a spiral that does not stop.

The main objective of the development of emotional intelligence is to find meaning in our life, to find the motivation that we lack in order to increase and improve our ability to know ourselves and control our moods. having an effective management of conflicts in the family environment, work and social life, we can live with greater happiness, serenity and success. This self-knowledge is the basis for promoting positive and healthy personal relationships.

In addition, I would like to add that people who manage to live in peace with themselves, and are genuinely happy, despite the circumstances that life brings to them and they project a unique beauty that goes beyond the very limited parameters of the physicality.
